Our Development Site
Our first potential development site is Brentfield Road, NW10
With the help of our community panel and technical experts we have developed design principles and a brief for the site. We have also conducted feasibility studies to understand what is possible on the site.
In May 2023, Brent Council’s Cabinet agreed to transfer the land to Brent CLT to develop affordable housing for the community.
In July 2025 we held two consultations sessions on site with our architects Bell Phillip . This was an opportunity to hears people’s views about our initial proposals.

An online survey was available for those who could not drop in and meet us in person.
In November 2025 we held a further consultation session at Brent Hub. This was an opportunity to see how the designs had been updated following our summer consultation and provide further feedback
